The issue is that if you use your APP (Tickermaster) at the stadium you will be in for a surprise. Followed your instructions on to get it to show and guess what? It didn't come up for over 20 minutes. And I was not the only one there around the area waiting for your site to download the QR code. Apparently everyone trying to hit your server at the same time is not a good idea. I was almost about the purchase another ticket at the gate because the doggone APP would not download the ticket code. Lesson is to take a screenshot of it prior to the event and not go through that nightmare. I saw a another family having temper tandem's at the gate because the tickets APP would not download in time for them to enter the gates. You need to let the public know about this issue!
