Apparently everyone trying to hit your server at the same time is not a good idea. I was almost about the purchase another ticket at the gate because the doggone APP would not download the ticket code. Lesson is to take a screenshot of it prior to the event and not go through that nightmare. I saw a another family having temper tandem's at the gate because the tickets APP would not download in time for them to enter the gates. You need to let the public know about this issue!
